✳️ While this property is mostly flat/level there are a few steps for the side deck.

- No smoking or vaping indoors

- Pet must be bug-free + up to date on vaccines
- No events, parties, or large gatherings

An additional $50 fee may be imposed if the following are left in unsatisfactory condition:
