Guests have access to the entire property EXCLUDING the attached garage + cleaning closets. Pool is not heated & closed after Labor Day until closer to Memorial Day. You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival date. There are multiple steps in this home and 3 steps outside to enter.

✳️The home is right down from Waitsboro Boat Ramp + minutes to Safe Harbor Burnside Marina.
✳️DO NOT park in grass on the pool side of the drive as our septic lines are there and may be damaged.
