Guests have access to the entire property EXCLUDING the detached garage, cleaning closet, +basement storage room.

You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival date.

There is step-free access to the main level using the back entry.

There are multiple steps to access the front entry, the attic, the basement, + the pool.
All areas are open to guests w/the exception of any locked owner closets/cabinets.

You will receive a unique access code to use keypad on front door prior to booking date for entry.

Areas below the back deck & embankment are restricted for safety reasons.

Baby/pet gate is provided in the sun room.

Hot tub & deck use at own risk. Hot tub MUST be covered anytime not in use. Anyone under the age of 18 should not be left unattended on the deck at any time. Please make certain gate locks & bottom doors shut completely behind you.
✳️Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Please be aware of snakes, skunks, + other wildlife in the area. You may see deer, wild turkey, fox, + more!

An additional $50 fee may be imposed if the following are left in unsatisfactory condition:
-Grill not cleaned after use
-Hot tub floater left out of tub, damaged, and/or missing. Hot tub cover damaged, unlocked, left open, and/or missing. Excessive mess in hot tub, power turned off, and/or jets left completely closed. Food, pets, oils in hot tub.
-Excessive trash or trash not collected & bagged
