Guests have access to the entire home EXCLUDING the end of the left side of the garage that is used for owner storage. You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival date. Entry at covered porch door. Please note that both entries do require guests to climb steps + has multiple steps to access entire home. There is not step-free access to this home. Cleaning closet off kitchen is assessable with extras if needed but the home is stocked well.

✳️ Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Please be aware of snakes, bears, + other wildlife as this home is in a wooded area. You may see deer, wild turkey, fox, + more!

✳️ This home is located in an awesome area to access Wolf Creek Marina by land, but also 4 additional marinas by water! Alligator II, Jamestown Resort & Marina Ltd., Lake Cumberland State Dock, + Marina Rowena, are all just 5-10 miles by boat!
✳️ Did you know that Lake Cumberland has 1,255 miles of shoreline and covers 65,530 acres when at max levels?

An additional $50 fee may be imposed if the following are left in unsatisfactory condition:
Grill not cleaned after use.
-Hot tub floater left out of tub, damaged, and/or missing. Hot tub cover damaged, unlocked, left open, and/or missing. Excessive mess in hot tub, power turned off, and/or jets left completely closed. Food, pets, oils in hot tub.
-Excessive trash or trash not collected & bagged.
-Food and/or dirty dishes left.
-Excessive pet hair, any glitter or confetti use
