Hot tub & deck use at own risk. Hot tub MUST be covered anytime not in use. Anyone under the age of 18 should not be left unattended on the deck at any time. Please make certain gate locks & bottom doors shut completely behind you.
✳️ Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Please be aware of snakes, bears, + other wildlife as this home is in a wooded area. You may see deer, wild turkey, fox, + more!

✳️ While this property does have step-free access to the main level, there are multiple steps to access other areas.

✳️ While this home is private, homes are side-by-side in this neighborhood.

✳️ While this is a waterfront property w/gorgeous views, there is NOT lake access directly from the property.

✳️ Lakefront homes can often retain moisture, please use fans + empty dehumidifier as needed if home feels damp at all + reach out immediately if this becomes an issue.

An additional $50 fee may be imposed if the following are left in unsatisfactory condition:
-Grill not cleaned after use
-Hot tub floater left out of tub, damaged, and/or missing. Hot tub cover damaged, unlocked, left open, and/or missing. Excessive mess in hot tub, power turned off, and/or jets left completely closed. Food, pets, oils in hot tub.
-Excessive trash or trash not collected & bagged
