Inside the quaint getaway, you’ll find cozy comforts, thoughtful touches, and a relaxing vibe that makes it easy to unwind, recharge, and rest up. Outside you are invited to breathe in the fresh air, sip your morning coffee on the covered porch, + plan all of your adventures. Whether you decide to head down to the lake for boating + fishing, or cuddle up with a good book, you are sure to make wonderful memories at Lil' Nauti Cottage!

Guests have access to the entire cottage + outside area. There are multiple cottages side-by-side in the Cumberland Cottages community.

Guests will receive a unique access code prior to their arrival date. The code opens the lockbox located at the side porch door with key inside to this door. If you prefer to meet in person to be let in or have any issues, just let us know!

While there are no steps inside the cottage, guests will need to climb a few porch steps to reach both the front + side doors. Guests are currently allowed to use the field in front of the cottages for extra parking.

✳️Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Please be aware of snakes, skunks, + other wildlife in the area. You may see deer, wild turkey, fox, + more!
✳️The home is right down from Waitsboro Boat Ramp + minutes to Safe Harbor Burnside Marina.
✳️DO NOT park in grass on the pool side of the drive as our septic lines are there and may be damaged.
✳️Did you know that Lake Cumberland has 1,255 miles of shoreline and covers 65,530 acres when at max levels?

- We provide propane for the grill, however, cannot guarantee a surplus amount
- No unregistered guests may stay
An additional $50 fee may be imposed if the following are left in unsatisfactory condition:
-Grill not cleaned after use -Excessive trash or trash not collected & bagged
-Food and/or dirty dishes left
-Any glitter or confetti used in the home All pool rules must be strictly followed, swim at your own risk, always lock +latch gate, never swim alone or leave children unattended.
