The entire house is available for guest use. The shed is not for use. There are steps to access a sitting area overlooking the lake, but use at your own risk. Steps are very slick if wet. There are over 100 stairs and the climb back up is not easy!!
✳️ Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Please be aware of snakes, bears, + other wildlife as this home is in a wooded area. You may see deer, wild turkey, fox, + more!

✳️ While this home is private, there is another home within site.

✳️ Lake homes can often retain moisture, please use fans + empty dehumidifier as needed if home feels damp at all + reach out immediately if this becomes an issue.

- Please note that while ATVing is permitted on the property, guests are responsible for discovering + obeying all trespassing laws, understands it is entirely at the guest’s own risk, + is aware that ATV's are NOT provide
