All areas are open to guests w/the exception of any locked owner closets.

Please use caution when on the back patio and the embankment overlooking the lake is restricted for safety reasons. Do not sit on or lean over balcony deck railing.

You will receive a unique access code to use keypad on front door prior to booking date for entry.

Hot tub, patio, & deck use at own risk. Hot tub MUST be covered anytime not in use. Anyone under the age of 18 should not be left unattended on the deck or patio at any time. Please make certain bottom doors shut completely behind you & are locked when not in use.

✳️Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Please be aware of snakes + other wildlife.

This property does have 2 sets of multiple steps.

✳️ While this home is private, homes are side-by-side in this neighborhood.

✳️ While this is a waterfront property w/gorgeous views, there is NOT lake access directly from the property.

✳️ Lakefront homes can often retain moisture, please use fans if home feels damp at all + reach out immediately if this becomes an issue. It can also be extremely windy, please secure belongings outside when winds are high.

- No smoking or vaping.
- Pet friendly w/fee (2 pets max).
- Pet must be leashed outdoors + cleaned up after.
- Pet must be potty trained indoors + not left inside unattended unless crated.
- Pet must be bug-free + up to date on vaccines.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No unregistered guests may stay
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
- Please call 911 first if emergency, report to host after.
- Please disclose any damages to host before check-out.
- Property does have cell phone service, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a rural area.
- We provide propane for the grill, however, cannot guarantee a surplus amount.
- Please note that while ATVing is permitted on the property, guests are responsible for discovering + obeying all trespassing laws, understands it is entirely at the guest’s own risk, + is aware that ATV's are NOT provide
An additional $50 fee may be imposed if the following are left in unsatisfactory condition:
Grill not cleaned after use.
-Hot tub floater left out of tub, damaged, and/or missing. Hot tub cover damaged, unlocked, left open, and/or missing. Excessive mess in hot tub, power turned off, and/or jets left completely closed. Food, pets, oils in hot tub.
-Excessive trash or trash not collected & bagged.
-Food and/or dirty dishes left.
-Excessive pet hair, any glitter or confetti use
